SingleAgent IIS Monitoring

Step 1: Follow the steps for installing Applicare SingleAgent .

Step 2: Once the agent is started, Agent will be automatically added to the Applicare controller. Login into the Applicare console and go to the Overview menu.

Step 3: After few minutes, Select the newly added agent and click Edit button..

Step 4: Check if the IIS log directory is available in this popup screen under Add IIS server log location.

NOTE: If the IIS log directory is not displayed in this popup screen, Enter the IIS log directory manually.

Note: Make sure Applicare Agent have access to the IIS server logs

 In case if we don't see data after the above configuration, validate the IIS logging configuration.
