JMS profiling in Applicare

Applicare can profile messages sent and processed in the JMS queue from the java applications.

To profile JMS data, enable External JMS messages aspect.

Once the External JMS messages aspect is enabled the JMS data will be captured and shown in Server Analyzer -> JMS screen.

To monitor individual msgs sent or processed in the queue, enable individual message monitoring in JMS settings. Profiled messages will be displayed in Details screen.

In high traffic servers enabling the individual message monitoring will cause overhead in transferring the profiled data to controller/collector. In that case we need to size the collector/collectors and set memory accordingly.
