Baseline of time taken within methods

I have question about the baseline navigation time about a method. How do you set a baseline, there should be some configuration either common for every method or specific for some critical methods, and baseline should be some kind of range, threshold, which should generate alarm/error trace when its going beyond that threshold. It can change dynamically as per Load/Response capacity of application. I am interested for that threshold

  You can create a key business transaction for any method call and set SLAs on it.

  In addition Applicare automatically builds a baseline on each call/method/transaction and can alert if those baselines are exceeded.
