Is there a SQL querying interface to pull the Performance Statistics based on the timeslice and other filters?

  Applicare data is stored in industry standard SQL databases and can be pulled using any standard SQL tool. Our clients have used JDBC connectors and pulled data into their BI dashboards/tools.
