Extract Applicare data

Steps to extract Data from Applicare:

1. Download Applicare-API-Document.xlsx and ApplicareDataExtraction.jar from the below dropbox link and save it in the directory C:\ApplicareDataExtraction.

Note: We can keep the downloaded file in any path as we need.


2. Make sure Applicare server is running. Enter valid protocol, Applicare hostname, port number in the downloaded excel file.
Also Enter valid username and password for the Applicare user.




3. Open command prompt and go to the path C:\ApplicareDataExtraction or the path in which we copied the ApplicareDataExtraction.jar file

4. Run the command java -jar ApplicareDataExtraction.jar and hit enter.
