Test User Experience Monitoring

1. Deploy the attached file, uem.war, to the application server.
2. Open your web browser, and go the following address: http(s)://serverIP[:serverPort]/uem/uem.jsp
3. The first call when the application server starts won't be shown. Hit the URL twice to see the call in the Applicare console.
