Testing OS Monitoring on Windows

This helps test if there are any security issues preventing Applicare from monitoring the OS. 

1. Extract the zip file, osmon.zip
2. Open the command line prompt: cmd
3. Go to the extracted directory: cd osmon
4. Execute: java -jar osmon.jar
5. Execution details and errors will be printed to the console.
