Database Sizing for Applicare

We recommend having at least 1 GB of free table space per agent (on the application server). Therefore if you have five application servers in your environment, you must have at least 5 GB of table space available for your Applicare database. This is a rough guideline and the actual requirement might vary significantly based on the tracking features enabled for your application servers, such as business transaction monitoring and end user monitoring.

You can use the attached Excel sheet to get a rough sizing estimate based on the features you plan to use and the expected number of transactions processed by each server.
