Requesting a New License File

Log in to your Applicare console and navigate to Applicare Information screen on top right menu.

Here you will see the 25 character license key for your installation.


Send an email to helpdesk@arcturustech.com with the license key requesting a new license file and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
