Configure Applicare - Saml with post binding

1. Change idp.xml passed to applicare

Create a new entry with HTTP-POST instead of HTTP-Redirect

2. Change the file $arcturus_home/server/webapps/applicare/WEB-INF/config-saml.xml

Add the line : 

<property name="assertionConsumerIndex" value="1" />

Note: Idp discovery can be disabled at this case.
