Applicare Updates

To check for available updates and download update files, visit the Applicare Updates page located in the Configuration section.

Downloading updates requires an Arcturus support login ID with Applicare download access. You can create an ID or request download access by visiting the Arcturus Support Site.

Downloading Updates

Enter your Arcturus support login ID and password, then click the Check For Updates button. The Download button will become enabled if a new version Applicare is available. Click the Download button to begin downloading the updates files, which will be saved in the Applicare/tmp/updates directory.

Performing the Update

After the download is complete, follow the instructions provided in the Version Notes section to complete the update process.
