Select Configuration -> LDAP Server Configuration to configure LDAP server settings and enable LDAP authentication.
If SSL is enabled then you have to install LDAP SSL certificate on Applicare server.
DN (Distinguished Name) name is the base directory folder where the organization users and group's are defined under the active directory. It is a required field.
User OU (Organization Unit) is the base directory where all user details will be configured (Optional).
If you are familiar with AD query format then you can specify it the filter else you can leave it as blank (Optional).

Enable LDAP Auth to allows user to login into Applicare using their LDAP credentials. If its not enabled then the user authentication will be done using Applicare database.
Assign Readonly role, If readonly access is enabled for user then all the LDAP user would be granted readonly access by default. You can override this role and assign appropriate role to the users if required. Click Manage Role to assign Applicare role to an LDAP user.
