Once the agent is started, it will be automatically be added to the Applicare controller. Log in to the Applicare console and navigate to the Overview menu.
After a few minutes, select the newly added agent and click the Edit button.
Verify if the Apache configuration appears in this popup screen under Add Apache configuration.
If the Apache configuration does not appear in the popup screen, follow the steps outlined in this link.
Restart the Apache server once you have verified that the configuration is complete.
