Manually Installing the .NET Applicare Agent

1. Log in to Applicare console, Navigate to Download Agents screen but selecting it on left hand side menu.

2. Click the SingleAgentWindows button to download the agent. This will download the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.zip file. Copy the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.zip file to the directory where you intend to deploy the agent e.g. c:\ or d:\.

3. Extract the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.zip file into a directory named ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.

4. Open command prompt as an administrator, navigate to the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows\agentscripts directory, and run the createAgentTask.bat file with True parameter.
