Install the Applicare agent using Wrapper on a Linux system

Step 1: Log in to Applicare console, navigate to Download Agents screen and download SingleAgentLinux. Copy ApplicareSingleAgentLinux.zip file to the machine where agent will be deployed.

Step 2:  Extract the ApplicareSingleAgentLinux.zip file to ApplicareSingleAgentLinux directory.

Skip steps 1 and 2 if you have already downloaded and extracted the SingleAgent.

Step 3: Navigate to "ApplicareSingleAgent/wrapper/Linux" directory and start install.sh file.

To change or add any additional arguments, include them in the wrapper_args.txt after installing the wrapper.

Note: Have a problem with Java when installing the wrapper, Refer here.

Step 4: Start any java app server.

Step 5: The agent will be automatically registered with the java app server and will begin reporting data to the Applicare controller. Log in to Applicare Console and navigate to Overview screen to view the agent.
