Windows

1. Log in to Applicare console and navigate to the Download Agents screen.

2. Click the SingleAgentWindows button to download the agent. This will download the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.zip file. Next, transfer the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.zip file to the machine where the agent will be deployed.

3. Extract the ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.zip file into a directory named ApplicareSingleAgentWindows.

Linux

1. Log in to the Applicare console, navigate to the Download Agents screen and download SingleAgentLinux. Then, transfer the ApplicareSingleAgentLinux.zip file to the machine where agent will be deployed.

2. Create a directory named "ApplicareSingleAgent" on the agent machine, then extract the ApplicareSingleAgentLinux.zip file into that directory.

3. Set chmod -R 777 permission for the ApplicareSingleAgent directory.
