Create a new user and provide the SELECT, SHOW DATABASES, SHOW VIEW permissions.

Syntax:

CREATE USER '<user>'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY '<password>';
GRANT SELECT, SHOW DATABASES, SHOW VIEW ON *.* TO '<user>'@'%';

Replace <new_user> and <password> with the newly created username and password.

Example:Let's considernewly createdusername isappuserand password isappuserpass
